Snuck out during lunch for a 4 miler.  I felt really good.  Finished in 32 and 1/2 minutes so I guess I averaged about 8:07 pace.  Feel really good after a tough week.  Heading to a much needed happy hour with some co-workers.  3 tomorrow and 17 on Sunday.

Matt,

Hopefully you will read this before Sunday. I would like you to try to do a 5 mile warm-up and 5 mile cool down to flank 7 miles at MGP (8:30s I believe?).

So by warm up and cool down I would average in the mid 9's? mid 10's for pace? I was sticking to the "1 minute slower than goal pace" theory for long runs. BTW, feeling fine after hh, caffeine obviously affected my sleep but recoverying nicely with h20 and I am sure a mid-afternoon nap is in my future.
